Sprint To Success

When we first started training BJJ a few of us found ourselves running out of breath after a few rolls. We decided to get in better condition and started running together. Meeting weekly at Larrakeya oval we would challenge each other to 400m sprints. Whilst some were more gazelle like than others we all benefited with better aerobic fitness and explosive energy.
